Moscow Conference in Computational Molecular Biology MCCMB, Russia, 2015
At this conference I presented two posters since during my MSc studies I was working on two main projects in parallel - one about tool development for CNV detection in PCR-enriched targeted NGS data and another about the stochastic simulation of transcription factors behaviour in drosophila.
Since then a series of conferences where I presented the tool I developed during my PhD studies, for detection of CNVs in NGS data. Despite the tool presented was the same, the results and methods were significantly changing and maturing.
